He is very professional and he is very nice and he listens to my concerns and explains what products he will use to get the job done best. I also wanted to comment the Office Manager James… he is also very professional and goes above and beyond to help when I do call in for service by getting me schedule at my convience and I appreciate his nice attitude and he is very courteous…I am very happy with my service and I will continue to recommend Bulwark to everyone I know!
